Joy, as you know I don't have CP.  I do have lower extremity circulation
problems though and I know the discomfort you are talking about.  When my
extremities get cold I have a lot of additional pain.

It's kind of a waste of water, but before I shower in the winter, I let the
shower run hot for a while with the bathroom door closed.  Then when I go in
the room is a bit warmer than usual.

Maybe somebody else will offer a better suggestion, but this is what I do.  I
have also used the blow dryer to help me warm up a little if necessary.  OH,
I just thought of the possibility of a heat lamp.  Perhaps you could get one
for the bathroom?  That might help a lot too.
