Could you point out which "generally accepted standard" for the property "paleo" you mean? Important enough to mention it first off? Flax oil (or any oil) is an extraction that therefore needs extraction technology - which robs away many of the most interesting goodies of the flax seed. But i can't see a better source of LNA, which is an essential substance and therefore *must* be added if you tend to live from agricultural products which are defficient in it. Like cereals or pigs or cows, for example. You mention fish oils a the best source of long chain EFAs. Are fish oils paleo? I mean not only that they are extracted and conserved, but also that cold water fish (which contain them) were unavailable to any hominids of the paleolithic era up to a minority and the very last few thousand years of paleolithicum.
