I've searched the archives and haven't found mention of this product.  I
bought some today to use tonight.  It was my only choice at the health
food store.  Does anyone know if it is gluten free?  The label reads
that "only enough corn-fermented alcohol is added to bring this sauce up
to a 2% level to prevent the growth of yeast or mold".  Should I feel
safe in using it?  Thanks, Juli of NC
