I am seriously thinking of following your workout/eating
plan Philip. Since i'm a woman, I also wanted you and
Trish's opinion about any changes I would need to do your program?
(I think Trish is following it?) I'm pretty sure I won't be
able to eat as much, but do you both just lift weights (no
aerobics?)
