Any thoughts on the "recommended" 1,200mg of calcium for women?  I am
only
5'2" -- why would I need the same amount of calcium as a taller woman?
Any
paleo females out there who have actually had a bone density test?  If
so,
what were the results and how long have you not eaten dairy?  Also,
many of
the anti-dairy arguments are based on studies done with milk which is
high
in lactose -- anyone aware of studies showing a correlation between
ill-
health and the consumption of cheese??
