I thought that fruit should be drastically reduced or eliminated altogether if one is trying to lose weight. I am a female trying to lose weight, but I really do feel better (less constipated) if I have a small amount of fruit in the AM such as 1/2 a grapefruit or a small amount of berries. Do any of the other women out there that have had success losing excess fat on Neanderthin have any suggestions regarding fruit intake?
