>I am wondering what causes sinus infections. Does anyone know? Is this a >dietary insufficiency of some sort? Is it typically a bacterial, viral, or >fungal infection? Could this be due to mercury fillings? I hate to go on >antibiotics but I am headed to the doc in the box today! I understand sinus infection( as many other bacterial or viruses induced diseases, ) being a way of the body to get rid of toxins by products of metabolism when the normal means to do so are overwhelmed.( intestine, liver etc...) the body take advantage of the natural secretions of the mucosas or skin to become a vehicle for the expulsion of thoses molecules ( secretions get exacerbated i had chronic sinus infections for many years that took few years to slowly clear completely once i switch to raw food. Now every time i reintroduce a denatured food in my diet , my sinus get clogged the next day. jean-claude
