It looks logical that a nutrition with high protein intake demands
also a high alcaline part in the diet.

I had a url which a food list, showing the acid/alcaline residue
but couldn't find it.
But it's rather easy to memorize.
Nearly all vegetables and fruit give alkaline.
All concentrated protein sources increase acidity.
This are of course meats but legumes, grains and nuts too.
Some exceptions: almonds and millet was reported alcaline.
Very good alcaline beeing apricots.
