I have been trying out varius cookies and muffin recipes found on
enabling.org and bette Hagmans cookbooks, but find them grainy.  Any
suggestions on what I may do to help witht he grainy texture of the rice
flour.  I did find making the muffin dour very moist helped, but what
about cookies?
