- First, will you lose as much weight on 3000 kcal than on 1500-2000 =

day?

- Second, what do you think of the Atkins' Fat Fast? Which is better:

meat fast or the Atkins' fat fast?

-Finally, what is included in a meat fast? Only red meat?  Chicken? =
Pork?
Fish? Olive oil? Green tea? Spices and herbs?

-I eat often (even if I eat fat), is it normal?
