I tried to get NAT to give me some ideas for calcium, but the only non-dairy suggestion it had (besides Total cereal and fortified breads) was whole roasted, toasted sesame seeds. 1oz is 280.38mg, compared to 25mg in an egg or 55.44mg in a cup of raw spinach. It doesn't have magnesium as an option. NAT (Nutrition Analysis Tool): http://www.ag.uiuc.edu/~food-lab/nat/ (after you click on Analyze Foods there is a Suggest button) Denise
