I know I sometimes fall in to the old "true believer" mode (this is the one best way). >From an evolutionary standpoint there has to be diversity in what individual people thrive on. Otherwise we would end up in the evolutionary dust bin like the Neanderthals. All it would take is a few bad years for whatever food we depend on. I have read that 25% of the population can do fine on a higher carb diet. Everyone needs to find there own nutritional path. This list is interesting because different peoples experiences give me ideas to experiment and find what works best for me.
