and
decided I don't need any of the benefits right now. I'm 52 and
post-menopausal, with a healthy libido and 12% bodyfat. I work out 5
or 6
days a week, short and fast. And I have the best f**king attitude
problem
in the world. I guess whatever I've been doing works for me, as I
certainly
wasn't born this fit. Actually, I feel younger and smarter now than I
did
when I was 21.
