You could freeze it till almost solid, take out of freezer, whir it in food processor or blender and then refreeze. it will still be somewhat hard, though. you might look up some granita recipes and follow that technique. granitas are kind of like shaved ice. you freeze your concoction and then scrape it to create particles to eat. would be good with some larger bits of fruit intact in mixture. mary c
