dear all

I was tested negative for celiaca's disease, but had been off gluten of
any kind for over four weeks. would this make a difference? I know I am
allergic to wheat for sure but need to know what is the difference. do I
just avoid wheat or gluten all together and what is the difference
between wheat gluten and other kinds of gluten? I have been told that
there is nothing else in wheat to be allergic to. has anyone got a
recipe for bread that is not gluten free but free of wheat? any help is
appreciated.
