The article below is culed form the Observer. I can't beleive that they can
never stand by their reporters. They have a way showing that anything a
reporter writes, they are solely reponsible. What does the Editors do? Could
one imagine saying that the below piece was "published" by the writer.



Bajo had no right to...

It has been brought to our attention that our backpage story of Friday, July
28: "Bajo had no right to close Arabic School", misinterpreted certain facts
of the case.

It has been pointed out that the decision to close the Keneba Arabic School
was, in fact, taken on May 18, at least 15 days after Lamin Bajo was removed
from office.

Friends of Mr Bajo said the reporter, Samba Sowe, who published the story in
the Daily Observer,  personalised the court ruling by wrongly referring to
the name of Lamin Bajo and quoting his name as the SoS who ordered the
closure of the school.
