Particularly if you eat the bones :-)

And no, I am *not* joking.  The bones in tinned salmon are edible
(something about the tinning process) and are a great source of calcium.
My husband hates them, but having grown up eating them (having been
diagnosed at 18 months) to boost my calcium intake back in the days when
calcium didn't come in a bottle I love them.  So I stand and pick them
all out before I used the salmon (usually in pasta).
