The easiest way is to buy your bread frozen. When I get home I crack the
loaf in half. I put half in a tuper ware container and place in the
refrigerater .The other half I tie off and put in freezer. Every day I
take 2 slices out of the tuper ware and toast for my  lunch sandwich. A
few days later I repeat with the other half loaf. I use the rice almond
bread and it is great. My bread machine is in the basement. No more
cleanups after baking, no more wax paper to cut up, no more micro
waving. It's not worth the time and effort. I don't like spending more
time preparing than eating. Life doesn't have to be time killing in food
preparation.
