<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Thanks to everyone who wrote with experiences and ideas about the distribution of weight when it comes back on. there were two main types of responses, as well as some questions about me. I should clarify a few things... I am 27, pretty active physically, and have gained very little weight. I am just beginning to gain - (with huge effort)- and it seems to all go directly to my belly and cheeks (face!) This was not my body type before the weight loss- but it has been quite a while and I wonder if my body has re-adjusted itself in some ways. About half of the people who responded said their weight came back evenly, the rest said they shared my experience. Exercise and weight training were mentioned by nearly everyone as they best way to keep things even- both of which I do but appreciate the suggestions. Thanks to you all- I guess I was looking for some insight into what to expect as this weight comes back on. Its been so long that I'm really quite used to living in this admittedly too small body. a little nervous I guess, but still count my blessings. Thanks- Becca
