<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I contacted the company that Nancy listed as carrying the enzymes that have helped her so much, and received a puzzling answer to my question about whether they contain wheat/gluten. The company is Ness and they stated that the enzymes are fungal. They are derived from wheat that in the processing becomes an enzyme. They said they DON'T CONTAIN wheat, yet come from wheat. Just wonder about the chemistry in this equation. I'm not sure if I should begin taking them or not. Plus, they said that they only sell to health practioners due to the strength of the enzymes. The practioner can then monitor the patient. What does this sound like to all of you? Their phone number is 1-800-637-7893. E-mail address is [log in to unmask] Christie Hesitant in Texas
