Great results Philip, but were you doing the same workout?  ie, intensity,
duration, method....  Can you really attribute paleo going buff to cut???
I, too, see rapid results in workouts with paleo in comparison to SAD but
don't know yet if the difinition will be more enhanced.....  Time will
