It worked wonders for me, and I am a very soon to be 40 year old female.
=o]  However, I did not use heavy weights,  my highest weight used were
10 lb dumbbells.  My weights range from 2-10 pounds.  I use the SS
method, (Super Slow) which lifting slowly up and slowly down.
