What is Social Dreaming? Social Dreaming is an innovative way of working with dreams that moves beyond the traditional focus on interpreting their meaning for the individual dreamer. From the social dreaming perspective, dreams and associations are instead examined to uncover their social meaning- -that is, their meaning to the group or organization. Gordon Lawrence, who originated this technique nearly 20 years ago, will ‘take the matrix’ along with two experienced colleagues.
