    Such undulation can be caused by 60-Hz a-c radiation, such as from a
fan.  In my own case, if I place my auxiliary fan closer than about 10
inches to my monitor, I will get a similar undulation of the screen image.
Do you have a fan or other electric motor device near the monitor?
