You have just outlined my basic diet with a bit more fat.....     thyroid is
fine, no insulin resistance, and I lift.......   I do five days on, two
off......  Have gone from a size 15 to a 12 in seven months.....   Have not
checked bf yet......   Don't really care......  Just so I feel great and
look good, not a big deal with me......    Oliva
