It has to be imported from the States so the two brands I looked at are both expensive. One was Bob's Red Mill and the other was Ener-G Foods, with Bob's at around 4 times the price of the other. Why would that be? Is there something really special about it? Do the flours differ in any way? Any info would be appreciated. I must order by Friday or i have to wait until after the summer break.
