I've been on a gluten-free diet for about 3 months now, and I feel
much better than before. However, I lost some weight over the last
2 years---not a lot of weight, but I was already skinny---and have
not gained any of it back. Currently, it seems that if I eat anything
with much fat content, my stomach is easily upset. As a result,
my diet is very low fat and probably very healthy. The trouble
is that I don't think I can get enough calories to gain weight.
Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.
