Somewhere from someone or some List, I was told how to create a shortcut
on my Desktop that would shutdown my computer. Avoids going to Start/Shut
Down/Shut Down - am I lazy or what!

Some how my shortcut to Shutdown no longer works [after installing Office
2000. One of many things installing same screwed up].

It begins to shutdown but hangs up after everything on my Desktop is gone
and my wallpaper is the only thing remaining. Shut Down works fine going
through the regular Start method.

The target is of this shortcut is C:\WINDOWS\RUNDLL.EXE
user.exe,exitwindows.

Does anyone see anything wrong with the target and/or know how to make a
new Shortcut that will work again ?

I am using Windows 98SE.

Thanks much.
