Many moons ago, before I got paid to be a geek, the office I worked in used remanufactured toner cartridges for our HP IIP and IIIP printers. We went through about one a week (those were printers that never saw a moments rest), and I remember having one bad cartridge in about four years time. The ink came out splotchy. When we called our supplier they replaced it the next day at no charge. You may want to look for a couple of different suppliers. Replacing the ink in these things (though I don't know exactly how they do it) is supposed to be a highly controlled process. If it is not done just right it won't work. Therefore, one company may not be as good as another. Unfortunately, it was so long ago that I had experience with them I can't remember the company we used. Kyle From: "Jose E.
