Ok, so I was on the Atkins diet for about 6 months and lost 23 pounds,
almost reached my goal weight of 160 pounds.  But I did not feel that good,
so I tried the Zone, and felt better but did not like the measuring of food
types.  Now for the past 6 months I have just reduced my carb intake to veg
and some fruits.  Also I have incorporated a work out plan using Art
DeVany's lifting program.  My question is:  do I have to be in Ketosis <
than 20 grams of carbs to loose weight on the NeanderThin WOE?  I could not
find it in the book?
