<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Hello, Just thought I'd let you all know, that after the question I asked about baking with corn starch instead of cake flour I put it to the test. I didn't do anything different from what the recipe called for.... Today I made 2 loaves of pumpkin bread and I can't tell any difference!!! Now, I don't know what they'll be like tomorrow or after I freeze them but for the moment they are WONDERFUL!!! If anybody else tries this, let us know what you made and how it came out... Sue Oliver
