I called and emailed the DaVinci Gourmet asking about their coffee flavorings (like you get at a coffee shop) that are sweetened with a new no-cal sweetener called Splenda. Both times I got a response saying that all the ingredients and the manufacturing process are gluten free. I tried the hazelnut syrup and it was GREAT. You literally coldn't tell it was sugar free. Unfortunately now I am in the middle of a pretty strong gluten reaction, and the syrup is the only thing that I added recently to my diet. Has anyone else had any experience with this product. I was hoping for an alternative to the flavored creamers, as I have had problems with them before. I will summarize any responses here, and let you know what else the company tells me. Merrie in KS
