<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I just wanted to thank everyone (approx. 75) that responded to my request for help with my problems. I went to the Doc yesterday and was put on an i.v. right away. She said that Im losing weight and that I was burning my ketones. I have sent off my blood work and have more tests upcoming this week. I have also found some relief from my diarreah. I am not able to tolerate cider vinegar (Or else they are lying about it being from apples) because it is the one thing I cut out and feel much much better. I still feel tired and drained and concerned at my diminishing list of off limits items that I can eat BUT am grateful for all of your kindnesses some of the suggestions were as follows; 1. see a doctor 2. eat rice/bannanas/applesauce/tea 3. Take L-glutamine 4. NO soda's or fruits for a while 5. cut out the salad 6. flax seed oil for dressing If I should have salad 7. Cook all my veggies till very soft for now 8. check and re-check that everything is gf 9. Cut out milk and dairy 10. eat nothing but rice and re-introduce foods slowly to find the culprit. 11. my favorite "hang in there darlin" Thank you very much for the friendship/s Ive never known a list to be so overwhelmingly and consistenly helpful yet also kind. ~Cynthia in Boston
