hello

i have just found what looks to be a great recipe for gluten free bread
rolls and pita bread (an american recipe). the recipe contains potato
starch as well as potato flour.

i live in melbourne, australia and have found potato flour but not
potato starch.

does anyone know if potato starch is called something else in australia?
or can anyone recommend a suitable substitiue for the potato starch?
