  Hi,

  yes,
  its possible, he tried to overwrite w95b/c with 'a'.
  in that case, he should start brand new installation from pure Dos and
  at the moment the program ask him to leave old file/s, he should
  overwright them   (answering: no) ...

  -   for sure, before installation, he can delete the file 'control.exe' in
   c:\windows dir which starts Control panel.
