As per recommendations from some of you on PC Soft, I instaled PowerDesk.
I also had Winsafe on mycomputer.
First thing I noticed was that PowerDesk has taken over Winzip. It started started uncompressing process without Winzip. But it did not go far. It started looking for a temp file to uncomress it to and the file was not there. Looks like the temp file was changed or dislocated by some program may be Winsafe, but I m not sure. So I had to uninstall PowerDesk. This brought my Winzip back.
Now, however, when I boot up my computer I get the error message " File not found - wininet.tmp" and then " 0 files copied ".
This however does not stop the computer to boot up. It starts into usual motions after waiting at the file not found for a few seconds. And works OK

I like PowerDesk immensely and would like to hv it back provided it can either unzip my files to some temp diretory or does not disable Winzip.
I m running win98 SE with 64 meg RAM

Can u please advise me
thank u
