We should all be aware that the FDA approval does not extend to all things we ingest. For instance, supplements and vitamins are not covered. Such things as glucosamine/chondroitin are not covered. So when you buy them from the health food stores they may have the amount advertised, or not. When tested by an independant lab, that particular substance had far less than the advertised amount in each bottle, and some actually had none. Same goes for ginko, etc. That also goes for the ingredients listed on the bottles. I buy my glucosamine/chondroitin, for instance in a prescription pure brand that does have what it advertises: Cosamin DS. Which I understand is not available at health food store. -vance Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside a dog, it's too dark to read anyway.
