She gave prior warning and the result was an excellent totally GF meal. The sweet included a "naughty" chocolate cake which was completely GF (there were two Coeliacs and a wheat-allergic present). Karin complimented the chefs and was informed that they are easily able to produce GF food if given reasonable warning.
