<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Fast Foods listed are not necessarily gluten-free: -If you go to Taco Bell, the workers don't wear disposable gloves, and they don't routinely wash their hands between orders. This means that an employee that is handling flour tortillas is then going to handle your corn chips, unless you speak out. -As per postings by other people, some fast food places will use the same oil for gluten-containing products that is used for the french fries at times. Also, be sure to inquire about what the breaded onion rings are cooked in. -The spatula that is used to set burger patties on nice, soft wheat buns is the same one used to lift your burger onto your plate, unless you speak out etc.,etc. Hope this helps us all be cautious - and ask questions - and request employees wash and rinse their hands, or request a clean spatula, or whatever is needed. I find restaurants that serve Grecian chicken (if basted with only olive oil, oregano, garlic) and Grecian potato wedges (ditto), or broiled fish (lemon juice and/or butter) to be helpful. Greek salads that use olive oil and wine vinegar, or olive oil and lemon juice, are great, Have a good GF weekend, everyone! Vicki
