Gambia L, More killings of students - by the Gambian security forces - have also taken place in the provinces today, while students there were demonstrating, according reports reaching me right now from the Gambia. I am working on a comprehensive story as promised, but I thought I should inform you of these latest killings of students that are being reported in the rural areas as well. So far two people have been reportedly killed in Bansang; two in Brikamaba; one in Farafenni; and one seriously injured in Georgetown. Some places in Barra are also reported to have been badly destroyed by the students.
