Thank you to those who responded.

I had several responses.  Unfortunately most weren't absolutely sure.
Since my son is super sensitive to any amount of gluten, it isn't worth
the risk.  He remains quite ill for several days.  It is very
dissapointing when a company refuses to respond to several letters.  I
would be happy if they even said "we just aren't sure", but no response
is very upsetting.  I plan on sending many, many letters until I get an
answer.  Maybe they will get tired of hearing from me!
