Do you by chance have Internet Connection Sharing installed on your
computer? Somewhere in Dialpad or ICS documentation I read that ICS had to
be disabled for the other party to hear you. I had the same problem.
Right-click on the ICS icon on the taskbar and select "Disable Internet
Connection Sharing", then place your call and try it. Worked for me.
Remember when you are finished to enable ICS on the task bar. It will not be
enabled until you manually do it, even if you turn your machine off and back
on. Hope this is what you were looking for.
