I get this from a local non-chain health store. Listed as A blend of filtered water, sunflower oil and pea protein. I've been told that this is chickpea flour, but this has not been confirmed. I have the 'no added sugar' variety and add a little honey for breakfast use. Worth a try. Yvonne
