I often eat bacon and eggs for breakfast, but during the week when
I'm on a work schedule, I just don't take the time.  In general,
berries ( blueberries, strawberries, blackberries) tend to be lower
in carbohydrates and higher in fiber and antioxidants than other
fruits. This quick "grab and go" breakfast has never impeded my
weight loss that I have noticed.
