I have just recently had a done density series of x-rays.  My density
results were not good.  I also had 11 fractures as a young girl.  I am
currently lifting weights three times a week and I always have and do eat
cheese, yogurt and drink milk.  Is there any information anyone has to
give me with regard to supplements or foods or other precautions.  Many,
many thank-you.  I will summarize if there are responses.
