What a great help this list has been!  I'm very thankful.  Among the 13
responses received, 5 reported experiencing the same pattern after going
gf, and 5 (not all the same 5) believed that dairy products could be the
cause, especially since lactose intolerance is a result of damaged
villi.  Several others suggested that canola oil, guar gum, hydrogenated
vegetable oils are also sensitizing.  In the 4 or five days since
receiving the suggestions, I have been dairy-free and experienced
improvement. Most responded very sympathetically, advising that the
