Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone had had a similar experience.  I cannot exercise
without getting leg cramps and fatigue for 2 days afterwards. I believe it is
probably a lack of Calcium/Magnesium, but when I take a 500mg Calcium, 250mg.
Magnesium, I end up in the bathroom 15-30 minutes later. (No diarrhea, just
cramps and urgency to go). This has become a catch-22 situation, because I
want to exercise, but can't. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance. Will
