Greetings all,

        I have noticed several posts over the last while. Here's my
favourite concoction -

2 Tbs extra virgin, cold pressed olive oil
2 Tbs apple cider vinegar ( or fresh squeezed lemon juice)
1 Tbs Flax oil (I use Omega, organic brand)
1 Tsp water
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Some salt and cayenne (whatever you like)
1/2 medium clove garlic, minced

Put all in a jar and shake and let rest on the counter for a few hours, or
overnight in the fridge.

Gives you all the Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids. I find it best with just plain
leaf or romaine lettuce. Some people tell me that they like to drink the
left over dressing - go figure.
