OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. The Correct way to get this
is when buying a new computer. $150. or so is about street value for the full
version,  if you already have a system installed you can get the upgrade for
about $89. like I said if the item is marked OEM, and did not come with a new
computer, something isnt right
