Well, it can't be just *any* carbs which make fat, because there are so many animals and humans at a carbo-based nutrition which are *not* fat. But the "industrial" carbs are lacking the necessary breakdown vitamins (B1, B2,biotin) which come naturally bundeled with them. Every gram carb without the ability to be metabolized in the Krebs-Cycle will end as storage fat. Must end so, and quick, because otherwise blood sugar after a meal has to go down to normal. On the other hand *fat* needs less B-Vitamins (B2 and ... ) and b2 is rich in meats. Good fuel. If it can be *used*, the natural food regulative mechanism can signal satiety in time.
